"I bought a triumph from Dustin.. it’s actually my second purchase of a triumph from him. I got the best deal possible, great follow up and delivery. I highly recommend calling Dustin if you are looking at triumphs. He knows the nuances of every model, all the updates and pros and cons and is not only forthright and honest… He is also very patient, not manipulative like some sales people can be and honestly just wants you to find the right bike and be happy."

"Good experience at cross country I brought in my kids electric bike after purchasing it 6 months before. They helped me with the warranty repair and serviced another part that needed to be fixed. They followed up and I would go back if I needed a repair or to buy again."

"GREAT customer service! Everyone is friendly, no attitudes and up front with pricing.While my bike was in the shop they told me what else will need to be taken care of soon and didn't pressure me to do it that day, but when I told them to just go ahead and take care of it now they accommodated me. The only thing I'd ask them to do is put a TV in the wait room, but luckily I killed time watching TV on my phone."
